Completed in August 2007, the subject property is located at the northeast
corner of Highway #10 & 152nd Street, Surrey, B.C.; commonly known as the site
of the former Rodeo Drive-in Restaurant. This intersection is the second busiest
intersection in the City of Surrey. The development consists of two buildings;
