January 9, 2006:

Terrex Real Estate Group Inc., was successful in obtaining 3rd Reading of the Rezoning By-law from the City of Surrey for the re-development of the site commonly known as the Rodeo Drive-In, located at Highway 10 and 152nd Street, Surrey, B.C.

June 27, 2005:

Terrex Real  Estate Group Inc. has reached an agreement to purchase two properties consisting of 0.75 acres site at the northwest corner of Vedder Road and Watson/Promontory Road in Chilliwack, B.C. Terrex is proposing a commercial development for the site.

June 14, 2005:

Terrex Real Estate Group Inc. has been retained by Canadian Tire Real Estate Limited to proceed with Phase 2 – Approval Process and provide development management services for the effective conversion of selected Canadian Tire stores in British Columbia to their Concept 20/20 format.

May 17, 2005: 

Terrex Real  Estate Group Inc. has reached an agreement to purchase a 0.5 acre site on the south side 104th Ave. & 156th  Street, Surrey, B.C. 104th Avenue is a major connector route leading to the Trans Canada Highway. Terrex proposes to re-zone the property for commercial use

April 7, 2005:

Terrex Real Estate Group Inc. has been retained by Parksville Properties Corp. (PPC), to provide Development Management Services related to the task of obtaining approvals pertaining to the following applications: Road Exchange, Subdivision and Rezoning, in order to permit the sale of a five acre parcel situated on its Wembley Mall lands in Parksville, B.C., to Canadian Tire Real Estate Limited (CTREL) pursuant to a Contract of Purchase and Sale Agreement

 

April 5, 2005: 

Terrex Real Estate Group Inc. has reached an agreement to purchase a site at the northeast corner of Highway #10 & 152nd Street, Surrey, B.C.; commonly known as the Rodeo Drive-in. 

 

February 17, 2005

“Terrex Real Estate Group Inc. has been retained by Canadian Tire Real Estate Limited to provide development management services for the effective conversion of selected Canadian Tire stores in British Columbia to the Concept 20/20 format. The six B.C. Canadian Tire stores include: Surrey (2), White Rock, Langley, Port Coquitlam and Maple Ridge.

Concept 20/20 stores feature new designs, layouts, product categories and significantly expanded space dedicated to showcasing core product assortments.  The layout of these Concept 20/20 stores is anchored with 'Driving', 'Playing', 'Living' and 'Fixing' areas representing Canadian Tire's cornerstone businesses - automotive, leisure and sporting goods, hardware & tools, home décor, home maintenance and repair, outdoor living and lawn and garden products.

Terrex, will be responsible to Canadian Tire for the development of each store to the Concept 20/20 format, for implementation of the decisions for each store including the development program approved by Canadian Tire and for conducting the ordinary and usual day to day matters in respect of the development process.”
